May 8.

Friday afternoons are Mitmachetag of the Elisabeet. A lot of people come by to work as volunteers. As the weather was also very nice recently, around 20 people came for the Mitmachetag. We prepared beet for transplanting new seedlings, weed to keep the plants growing and of course harvest what is ready to eat. At the end of the day, volunteers share the harvest of the day. We had Radichen, Bok choi, Asia salad, mint, Spinet and Vogelmire this week. Of course all bio and locally produced!
