Warm sunny day. I did some new zucchini baby plant planting and a lot of weeding. There are already very big zucchini plants, middle size zucchini, and now we add baby ones. This is so that you can harvest for longer period (… well, I did not know. I was told. Very clever!)
Apple trees at the Elisabeet are only 5 years old, but they are already giving a lot of fruit!
I have got a lot of coriander at the end of the day. It is already flowering but I could still harvest a lot of fresh leaves. I made coriander ginger oil out of them. It is super nice to spread on bread, eat with cheese or on cold tofu… so many good dishes!
I also got some johanesbeer (I do not know English name) which is quite sour. I made a jam out of it. I think this will be also good with some cheese on a bread.
