Day-off

  • by

Next days are Christmas holidays in the world, and we decided to also take off days. It is also rare clear sky days and we take this opportunity to go outside and do some more walks, fresh air and sun bathing (with a lot of cloths).

Clear sky over night and everything is frozen today.

We take a hike to another lake. This one is bigger than the last one we visited. In the summer it is a nice spot to jump in and swim.. but not now.

I find some more nice patterns on stones. My attention is constantly going into details when I am in the woods.

After coming home and warming up, Mag and Christian prepares a typical Swedish Christmas food. a lot of fish! I am very happy.

The next day continue to be sunny, and we go for another lake visit. There are a lot of lakes in this part of the land.

The ground is even more frozen than yesterday. I put the thermometer outside over night and it was -5 degrees in the middle of the night.

we sit for a while and listen to the bird and ice moving with the wave. It makes very nice sound. Mag is sad that she did not bring her zoom recorder.

The day ends with gorgeous sunset… well, this is just around 15:30. The day is very short here.
