Some people has dyed during the MItmachtag friday afternoon last week. Although it was giving a lot of color then, it has been light-blue since then. PH is around 10.5, temperature 21.5. The condition does not seem so bad.

As it is not coming back to deeper blue, we decided to feed the vat. It did not eat since it came back from winter sleep. maybe it is hungry?!
Many recipes says give wheat bran, but since I did not have wheat bran at home, and at the moment we have a water problem (tab is broken) at the garden, I cocked waizenkaime (wheat germ) 40g with ~40-60ml water at home and brought it. After mixing, I added them in small chunks and let it sink in the vat water.

Maybe it was a bad idea to use weizenkeime? (I have used it before though) or maybe it was cooked too dense (need more water/ashwater)? It made strange brown bubbles, and also it did not smell very well. I expected this effect because my vat at home which I fed the same thing also had this problem.. I mixed it well, checked PH and added a bit (2spoons, ~10g) of calk and mixed it well. Hopefully this improves the vat condition.
