June 9.

We expected it, but the vandalism is visiting our Färbehütte. The same night the Elisabeet was also visited and the visitor flipped the seedlings tray, stepped on 5 tomato plants and pulled off young garlic… you want to say “why!!!!”
The damage at the Färbehütte is minimal. A glass bottle that was in a trashcan was smashed outside, one of the paint roller was thrown out and the “window” was smashed. But this window is so crappy with acrylic glass that we expected this will get broken. Otherwise we had some tools inside but was not damaged.
This got me think if it is better to lock the door or leave it open. If there is a lock, it makes it probably more interesting to break in. On the other hand, it was lucky this time that nothing was damaged… but when we have more tools and materials, I am not sure if we will always be lucky.

At the end, I decided to leave it unlocked. At least for now, I want to trust our visitors.
